要乐观，要看好未来。因为乐观主义者会动手做事，而世界是由动手去做的人决定的。

悲观者看不到希望，就不去做事了，所以什么也不会改变，悲观预言就成真了；乐观者愿意做事，做了才有可能成功，所以成功属于乐观者。

悲观者认定很多做法行不通，不会有结果，所以就不采取行动；乐观者相信未来的回报，所以会动手去做，而社会奖励那些动手去做的人。

个人的出路只能是积极动手去做，为自己创造一些改变，争取更好一点的处境。

别变成机器

机器确实很高效，但有一个问题：它是刚性的，以既定的模式和线性速度运转，无法自动适应环境变化，也无法学习游戏规则。

你不是机器，你是人。你的特点应该是灵活应变，快速适应。你不要追求极致的努力，而是要找到最有价值的解决方案。你要专注于真正重要的因素：速度、效率或质量，不要迷恋枯燥乏味的工作。
